RKVIST began with a simple, familiar problem: decades of photographs, tucked into boxes and drives and clouds, and no calm way to bring them together.

We built a marketplace of vetted, certified Photo Pros — thoughtful people who treat your originals like the heirlooms they are. No algorithms deciding for you; just the right few professionals, introduced with care, so you can choose who tells your family’s story. Each Photo Pro runs their own practice, so the next step after your consultation is shaped to your project and their service.

Every project ends the same way: your memories, beautifully handled — and an open invitation to Snap Society, our optional community of families who’ve done this beautiful thing.

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the RKVIST Marketplace. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. RKVIST facilitates introductions between customers and independent Photo Pros. RKVIST is not a party to the services agreed between them.

2. Where a paid Project Assessment is the agreed next step, its fee is non-refundable once the assessment has been performed.

3. Consultations take place in RKVIST Meet. RKVIST records and transcribes each consultation and retains both as part of the consultation record.

4. Cancel or reschedule a consultation at least 12 hours in advance; late cancellations and missed appointments normally count as one complimentary consultation.

5. Marketplace fees, payouts and commission are described in your account and in the Pro agreement.

Privacy Policy

Your memories are personal, and so is your data. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

We collect the information you provide during intake and account setup, and use it only to match you with Pros and operate your projects.

We never sell your personal information. Uploaded photos are stored securely and shared only with the Photo Pros considering your project.

RKVIST Meet recordings and transcripts are stored with your consultation record and are available to you, your Photo Pro and RKVIST administrators. Account deletion is scheduled and respects active projects, payments and required record retention.
